DBB believes that there can be a unique solution for each problem, as such we look at the circumstances, gather the data, analyse and develop the model that will best deliver the solution.

Our seven step approach to problem solving is engaged at all times:

5. Test the effectiveness of the actions

We believe in continuous improvement in what we do, employing scientific methods to our analysis and solution to each problem.

Problem identification is done with the aid of flow charts, check sheet, brainstorming, and nominal group technique. In analysis of the problem we employ the use of histograms, force field analysis, process capability, control chart and scatter diagram. In both problem identification and analysis, pareto chart, cause and effect, run chart or stratification may be used.
